The Senate, having ratified the Charter of the International Council, does hereby promulgate the following resolution pertaining to the Arcadian accession to the International Council:
THE SENATE OF THE ARCADIAN COMMONWEALTH
A RESOLUTION
Let it be known to the members and institutions of the International Council and to all manner of people whom it may concern that as of this 7th day of January 2023 (international calendar), the Commonwealth of Arcadia has ratified the Charter of the International Council and recognizes it as a binding act of international law.
May this act strengthen the sisterhood of nations and promote diplomacy, international cooperation, and the rule of international law among peace-loving states.

Und das ist auch gut so. Ein weiser Herrscher wird diejenigen belohnen, die ihn auf berechtigte Misstände aufmerksam machen. Es gibt nichts schlimmeres, als Unkenntnis über die Probleme. Aber medias in res, Signor Segretario Generale. Mir liegt ein Schreiben aus Seyffenstein vor, wonach das Kaiserreich - ich glaube es heisst zur Zeit wieder Nordhanar - aus dem Rat austritt.

Das ist alles in Art. 4 Zif. 5 geregelt. Es gibt eine 30tägige Austrittsfrist. Ich habe bereits eine Note vorbereitet, wenn Sie einmal darüberschauen wollen?

Bestätigung des Austrittswunsches
Das Generalsekretariat des Internationalen Rates beehrt sich, die Staatsregierung des Vereinigten Nordhaharischen Kaiserreiches seiner ausgezeichnetsten Hochachtung zu versichern.
Das Generalsekretariat des Internationalen Rates bestätigt den Erhalt des geschätzten Schreibens der Staatsregierung des Vereinigten Nordhaharischen Kaiserreiches vom 31. Januar laufenden Jahres und nimmt das Austrittsbegehren des Vereinigten Nordhaharischen Kaiserreiches aus dem Internationalen Rat mit großem Bedauern zur Kenntnis.
Das Vereinigte Nordhaharische Kaiserreich wird auf eigenen Wunsch auf den nächstmöglichen Termin aus dem Internationalen Rat ausscheiden.
Gemäß Art. 4 Zif. 5 des Statuts des IR tritt der Austritt 30 Tage nach Bekanntgabe des Austrittswunsches an den Generalsekretär in Kraft. Die Mitgliedschaft des Vereinigten Nordhaharischen Kaiserreiches im Internationalen Rat endet somit am 2. März 2023. Nach Art. 4 Zif. 5 des Statuts des IR enden die finanziellen Verpflichtungen des Vereinigten Nordhaharischen Kaiserreiches gegenüber dem Internationalen Rat am 31. Dezmber 2023.
Das Generalsekretariat erlaubt sich an dieser Stelle, darauf hinzuweisen, daß auf Wunsch ein Wiedereintritt in den Internationalen Rat jederzeit gemäß Maßgabe des Statuts möglich ist.
Das Generalsekretariat des Internationalen Rates benutzt diesen Anlass, die Staatsregierung des Vereinigten Nordhaharischen Kaiserreiches erneut seiner ausgezeichnetsten Hochachtung zu versichern.

Das folgende Schreiben erreicht das Generalsekretariat aus der Communal City of Crabtree. Es ist eine Abschrift der Presidential Proclamation zum Ausgang der Wahlen in Arcadia. Sie wurde leicht angepasst, da Parteizugehörigkeit und die Heimatprovinz im 3. Wahlkreis für den IC als irrelevant eingestuft worden sind.
